Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return
To start your return, simply contact us at info@valandio.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back. Please note, items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@valandio.com so we can resolve the issue.

Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (personalized items)
  • Personal care products (beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about your specific item, feel free to reach out.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you can make a new purchase for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If you are located in the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of shipping for returns, whether for a refund or an exchange (including size changes). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
